Rachel Fleischman, LCSW, REAT, is an internationally renowned psychotherapist, educator and workshop leader.
Throughout her career, she has pioneered a combination of traditional psychotherapy, movement, body awareness, and creative exploration.
Embodying over two decades of expertise, Rachel has studied experiential psychotherapy, neuroscience, somatic psychology, mindfulness meditation, hypnotherapy, and expressive art therapy.
Rachel is Bryn Mawr trained psychotherapist and social worker. She continues to stay true to her mission, sharing her work pro-bono when time allows. She has trained at the Tamalpa Institute under Anna Halprin, PhD, and has studied with Continuum Movement founder Emilie Conrad, 5 Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth, Philadelphia’s renowned Group Motion, and B.K.S. Iyengar.
From these teachings and much wisdom and life experience she has created the Dance Your Bliss method and her Being Bliss CDs.
Rachel has been featured in GoodTherapy.org, Elephant Journal, PsychologyToday.com, and British Columbia Magazine, among other respected publications. She has been guest faculty at Naropa, and Sofia University, and presents throughout the US and abroad.
Rachel has taught at the Art of Living Retreat Center, Esalen Institute, Hollyhock, Shambhala Center, Lake Austin Spa, Rancho La Puerta and many other institutions. She is proud to be a longtime faculty member and presenter at the renowned Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY.
