Get to know Rachel

Rachel Fleischman, LCSW, REAT, guides you toward emotional balance, using evidence-based techniques that foster self-awareness, meaningful connections, and change. With 26 years of experience as a licensed therapist and wellness educator, Rachel intimately knows how to read a room—and move it.

Internationally renowned psychotherapist, workshop leader, and movement expert.

I’ve led movement workshops for 26 years and one word continues to sum up the collective experience: Bliss.

My first class took shape when I was a clinical social worker and movement therapist at a psychiatric hospital in Philly. Watching patients come alive through embodiment exercises was my aha moment.

I deepened my studies of dance therapy, Buddhist Psychology, Mindfulness Meditation and expressive arts, and slowly, Dance Your Bliss was born. Today, my signature class has blossomed into a series of transformative workshops.

Whether it’s better sleep, more creative expression, building healthier habits, or unplugging for a regenerative retreat, I’ll show your audience how to do it with science-backed methods that work.
